About Rythmizo

Why We Exist

Rythmizo was founded on a simple belief: emotional regulation is not a personality trait — it is a trainable skill. In high-pressure environments, big emotions can quickly turn into conflict, damaged relationships, and long-term consequences. Most teens and young adults are never formally taught how to manage stress, impulses, and escalating reactions. Rythmizo exists to fill that gap through structured, skill-based training rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles.

Experience That Shapes Our Methods

The founder of Rythmizo brings professional experience working within structured rehabilitative and corrective models that focus on behavioral accountability, skill development, and long-term change. Through years of working in environments where emotional dysregulation often led to serious consequences, one pattern became clear: when individuals are taught structured emotional regulation skills early, outcomes improve significantly. Discipline, repetition, and measurable progress—not lectures—create transformation.

Proactive, Not Reactive

Skill development through structured training

Rythmizo applies these structured principles in a proactive setting. Instead of waiting for behaviors to escalate into crisis, we focus on prevention through skill mastery. Teens and young adults are guided through practical frameworks for identifying triggers, regulating physiological responses, improving communication, and building impulse control. Parents are supported with alignment strategies that promote consistency and clarity in the home environment.

Coaching, Not Therapy

This is not therapy. Rythmizo provides skills-based education and coaching only. The focus is on measurable behavioral growth, emotional control under pressure, and long-term personal responsibility. Every program is intentionally limited in size to preserve quality, consistency, and individualized structure.

Structure Builds Confidence

At its core, Rythmizo is built on the belief that structure builds stability, and stability builds confidence. When young people learn to navigate big emotions with clarity and discipline, they don’t just find calm — they begin to own their story.

Kyle Arn

DBT Practitioner & Skills Coach

Yes, I am a real person—not some fabricated AI chatbot. I was born in Heidelberg, Germany while my father was serving in the Army. Later he became a pastor in the Pentecostal movement of the Assemblies of God. Being raised by both a military father and a man of God helped shape the person I am today.

I have the incredible blessing of being married to a breathtakingly beautiful wife from the heart of Texas, and I am the proud father of three wonderful daughters. Our first daughter has already gone home to be with the Lord, and through that difficult journey I have personally witnessed God’s redemption at work in my family.

Growing up in a large family of seven children, life was not always easy. Many of my teachers believed I had dyslexia and ADHD, and anger was something I struggled with deeply throughout my adolescence. My parents sought help through therapeutic services, including evaluations in Houston, Texas. While different treatments were attempted, true transformation in my life ultimately came through faith, prayer, and the support of a loving community.

That transformation sparked a passion in me to help others who struggle with overwhelming emotions. Over the past four years, I have dedicated myself to mastering Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and crisis intervention strategies within rehabilitative and corrective models. My work has also been shaped by years of youth ministry and by helping many young people facing anger, anxiety, and depression.

Through Rythmizo, I now help others learn how to understand their emotions, regain control, and move toward the goals they care about most. Life is difficult, emotions can feel overwhelming, and people are complicated—but with the right tools and support, real change is possible.
