Rythmizo isn't a drop-in service. It's a structured program with a defined enrollment process, clear expectations, and a support system that grows with your family. Here's exactly how it works — from the moment you sign up to the moment you log into your first session.
Enrollment & Pricing
3: Complete Payment
Secure your membership with monthly recurring billing. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Premium plans have limited capacity — once they're full, enrollment closes until a spot opens.
2: Create Your Account
Set up your Rythmizo member profile. This is your permanent account — it tracks your membership, stores your resources, and grants you access to everything inside the portal once you're approved.
1: Choose Your Plan
Select the membership level that fits your family's needs. Whether you're starting with group coaching or ready to commit to individual sessions, there's a plan designed for where you are right now.
The Enrollment Process — Steps
6: Access Your Member Portal
Once approved, your member dashboard unlocks immediately. You'll receive an email with your portal access link, your session schedule, and everything you need to get started right away.
5: Application Review
Every application is reviewed personally. We look at your family's situation, your goals, and whether Rythmizo's coaching model is the right match. You'll hear back within 2–3 business days with a decision and next steps.
4: Submit Your Application
After payment, you'll be directed to a short application screener. This is not a formality — it's how we make sure Rythmizo is the right fit for your family and that we can genuinely serve you well. The screener takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Program Components
Group Skills Training
Live group sessions where members come together to learn, practice, and reinforce skills in real time. Group training is the foundation of the Rythmizo model — because learning alongside other families who are going through the same thing creates a level of accountability and momentum that private work alone rarely achieves.
Individual Coaching (Dive Deeper & Committed Plans)
One-on-one sessions with your coach, focused entirely on your family's specific situation, progress, and goals. Individual coaching is where the work gets personal — we move beyond the framework and into the details of what's actually happening in your household and what needs to change.
Family Strategy Development
Coaching isn't something that happens to your child while the rest of the family waits. We work with you as a parent and family unit to build alignment around shared goals, consistent language, and a household structure that supports the skills your child is learning — because the environment shapes the behavior.
Community Support
Access to a private member community where Rythmizo families share progress, ask questions, and encourage each other between sessions. This isn't a public forum — it's a curated, moderated space for people who are doing the work and want the support of others who understand what that actually looks like.
